It brings back memories of my alma mater, Carleton College. And Parker Palmer’s as well. I enjoyed spending time in that library, especially the children’s section, when I needed a break from studying. It was only a few blocks from campus.

Thanx for the playlist. I owe you a recipe and I love the picture! [ wandering over to the store to see about the hat. 😉]

Carrie, Such sincere appreciation for the playlist & for your music in general. It was so lovely to meet you in Northfield. (I'm the therapist who asked to share your poems with clients, and who plays your songs every time I see my own therapist.) I'm heading to the shop to get the songbook that wasn't available yesterday!

I just wanted to let you know how comforting and stabilizing your music has been for me and for the clients I've shared your songs with.... especially "Another Day" (such a delight to hear in person) & a few others.

Playing, singing, or listening to music is such an embodied activity, soothing our nervous system and bringing forth our own Self-Energy... allowing for connection with the Self-Energy of those around us. (Much more nerdy neuroscience stuff to say, but this comment is already way too long...). Thank you for all you do!

So grateful for all the incredibly strong women in my life starting with my wife Janice. At 68 I am enjoying and strengthening my soul with feminine energy. Some of my best lessons over the past few years have come from women. I look forward to listening to the playlist with Janice.

I’d love to listen to the playlist but can’t get to it. From the email it asks if I want to get the app that I already have. If I go to the app I can’t find it. Suggestions? Love your work/ songs/letters!!!
