Welcome to the June Song Lab. For those new to Song Labs, I sing a song, then talk a bit about how the song was created, then at the end of the video I do a short tutorial for guitar players. This month’s song is Writing a Better Story which was recorded on my album The Point of Arrival.
Writing a Better Story is a song about the power of story—the stories we’ve been told, the ones we tell ourselves, the stories we hold and cherish, the stories we let go. We are the authors of our personal and collective stories.
