My song labs are usually in the Supporting Subscriber sections, but this one is a little love letter for us all.
This Song Lab features the song “Silver” that appears on my Gathering of Spirits and Carrie Newcomer Live At The Buskirk Chumley Theater recordings. Its a song that celebrates the glow of new love and long time love.
Humor is such a saving grace in my life…and ok, I do have a kind of quirky sense of humor. How lovely it is to honor the tender, create musical containers for our sorrows, joys and questions. How good it is to smile and nod, to laugh together at what is so wonderfully funny about us as human beings.
So here it is…a little valentine to my honey, Robert, and to everyone who gatherings with loving hearts.
