January Song Lab - Learning To Sit With Not Knowing

Hi Folks, Here’s my January Song Lab. In this song lab I read the poem that was the seed for the song, talk about the difference and similarities between lyric writing and poetry writing. I talk about the topic of the song and my personal experience with my own growing edge of being “in process” with more grace and self compassion.

In my experience nothing furthers positive change more than love and compassion. Nothing else even bumps the dial.

I also teach folks how to play the song using a basic strumming pattern and the chords when playing the song in Drop D tuning.
