Music for the Revolution

Hi Everyone,

This is a new demo of a song called “This is How”.

We are living in a revolutionary time, a pivotal time for our democratic system. We are living in a pivotal time for saving our environment, for justice and the rights of women and other marginalized groups. Sometimes we have to claim the goodness around us, the power of the gathered community, encourage one another to hold on and affirm that yes, change is gonna come.

It’s a walking song, to be sung in community - well because I’m a folk singer and revolutions need songs :-)

Yup, that’s me on the electric guitar….having fun.

AND many thanks to the Women of Meadowlark Farm who helped me write the call and response, while harvesting vegetables and gathering Zinnias!
