A New Demo Song - Parallax

Hi Folks, Thought I’d post a simple demo of a new unrecorded song called “Parallax”. This is how parallax is described in the dictionary.

“The effect whereby the position or direction of an object appears to differ when viewed from different positions.”

I appreciate the idea that somethings look different depending upon where you’re standing. We frame our opinions and thoughts about the world from the vantage of our own experience. The ancients created stories to help them frame the mysterious movement of the stars and patterns of celestial movement. Its good to remember that when I’m endeavoring to understand something or someone that is viewing the world from a different vantage point.

The length of a human life is short by cosmic measure, and yet we are still a part of an ancient and expanding mystery. The ancients created stories to help them create a framework and find meaning in the consistant and changing movement and patterns in the heavens. I had fun trying to describe as many constellations (without ever saying their names)
